GetHuman-13912: I am soooooooo frustrated with Metropcs right now they cant give me answers on certain things conceening my plans, features and cost and they are rude as **** half of them dont know what the world they are doing!!!!! I have been a loyal customer of metro since day one same number the whole time and i feel im not being treated fair!!!!
