~Anonymous: Our family in total has been on hold for over two hours because Comcast installed the wrong system and now the only solution that we've been given is to wait another * weeks and buy a whole new box out of pocket. We've been transferred over * times and no-one has been even remotely helpful. The customer service alone is enough to cause us to want to switch to a different company.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
