~Anonymous: Still didn't get an answer to get my billing issue resolved. Someone will contact me is what they say. It seems they don't have the authority to do anything. I canceled services with them and can say I'm happy I did. I went back to ATT and thank goodness! They have horrible customer service in general and their service even *****! Never again!!
