~Mo: I was so surprised when they answer me straight away and resolved my problem that fast , i dont know how much this call will cost me but at the moment I am very satisfied as I can't never get through in the normal number this one for me seems magic!

~Mo: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mo: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HMRC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mo: For that I would say three out of five.
